I've had some people ask me about the difference between posting Blogs and Forum Topics and thought I would share what I know.
Also, there was a recent Forum Topic asking for "help finding my activity" and I'll tell you what I have found.

Welcome to Tuesday, STalkers! I'm hoping this day is better than yesterday. Monday. Ish.
How goes it with everyone? My physical therapist continues to torture me, but I can feel myself getting stronger. I'm not struggling as much with some of the exercises (oh, how I loathe that facking BALL!)..
Naturally, I am also trying to make better food choices and eat healthier. NOT an easy task for a foodie! I'm always trying to find food substitutes that help me overcome my cravings (carb queen here!). Three that help me:

OT - Eff Off Friday
Friday at last! This has been a loooooong week. Again. 18 days 'til Christmas and I have so much to do between work, medical appointments, and personal stuff that I need to make To Do lists every day (including a planned route so I'm not doubling back driving places). Admittedly, I'm ready for December 26th!

I can't stand that little bugger and very much enjoy seeing that elf put to better use, such as being eaten by zombies, getting dunked in the toilet by GI Joe, or dressed as Randy Quaid in Christmas Vacation - "The sh!tter's full!" ... LOL

OT - Thankful Thursday
Happy Thursday, STalkers! I don't know about you, but I'm seriously looking forward to the end of the work day tomorrow. This has been a suck week. And that means I need to remind myself of the things for which I'm thankful. Aside from being ever-grateful for a reliable vehicle, a safe & sturdy home, and a good job, I am thankful for:

OT - Tone-up Tuesday
Happy Tuesday, STalkers! How goes it with you? Are you able to get out and be active or does cold weather keep you indoors? Here are some small changes to your eating habits that can help you keep off the weight – or lose some!
DRINK UP! When you don’t drink enough water, your body can confuse hunger with thirst. Upping your water intake can have big impact on how much you eat during the day. Carry a water bottle so you have a physical reminder to drink.

OT - Thirsty Thursday
Hey, STalkers! Many of us are moving into cooler temps and snow (already have plenty here). A lovely way to warm up is a tasty cup of hot chocolate. Please share a favorite recipe! My sister's recipe is "Buy Swiss Miss with marshmallows. Eat the marshmallows, THEN make the hot chocolate."

OT - Tone-Up Tuesday
Happy Tuesday, STalkers!! Did you overeat on Thanksgiving? Gorge on tasty leftovers? I did well on turkey day - ate a late breakfast to tide me over and ate a small plate of appetizers. My dinner plate consisited of small spoonfuls of things I wanted (except for that homemade cranberry sauce - I ate half a cup of that tasty tartness!). And then came the pie. I ate 2 small pieces, but that put me outside of my comfort zone. Ugh.
