Coincidentally it arrived a week after DH contacted our county agency for enforcement. BM is currently over 6month in arrears, and had not paid a dime since being court ordered back in Feb. So DH contacted the CS agency and requested enforcement for the CS owed us. It's not a lot of money, but hey.... it is the point after all. So literally one business week later the first payment magically appears. The irony in this whole situation is that when BM and DH split up DH was making ALOT more $$$. (As they have 50/50, he paid her CS). BM's Fiancee scum (whom she was cheating on DH w/) had the nerve to brag that DH would be "paying for their house." Zoom ahead two years.. and DH gets laid off. He's lucky to find a job, but it pays 2/3 less. And lo and behold, not only does BM stop getting CS, but now she has to pay us. Sadly, she has fought this process the whole way. She refused to stipulate prior to court to a lesser monthly $amount, and ended up having to pay more because she wanted to be stubborn AND didn't want to turn over her pay stubs while DH handed his right over. Then it took 90 days for her to start paying. I mean come on!!! this is your kids we're talking about here! I get so torked off that parents are willing to hurt their kids in an effort to get back at each other.
