Pardon the sarcasm.

On the weekend, me and SO dropped off his sons IPOD over at BMs apartment. He forgot it, in the car a few weeks before. And god forbid BM drives or picks them up, otherwise its paying her $20 in gas to do so. No thanks.
So we get there, I wasnt thrilled about seeing her, I mean who would when she back handedly insinuates your the infamous Gold Digger and pretends to be nice. She starts talking and then asks me(I was sitting in the passengers seat), "is that your car?" To answer that(it is my car and Ive had it before I met SO) but I just said "yes". And starts looking in my car thru the window to see what kind of things I have, she observes my camera and says"Wow thats a nice camera".(SO actually got it for me but I said my parents bought it lol).
She asked other stuff too, to try and see what kind of assets I have.
Basically evauluating SO for hidden assets and if his money is ALL going to me.
So I was flabergasted(cant spell)that she had the audacity to ask this, in front of me.
I may be blonde, but Im not an idiot.
Of course SO didnt say much about it.
But next time, I am not going to be there for pick ups or drop offs with the kids.
She is not the government and she doesnt need to know anything about my assets.
She comes from a wealthy background and they have been divorced for 14 years, Get over it!
Moral of this story: Do not let BM know anything about you(kind of hard when SO and BM have a good relationship usually) specifically, what you own. Make up exscuses for new purchases, parents bought it blah blah bla h!
These people make me sick and Im disengaging from this B!
