I'm not sure where to post this?! I have a question: BM has been in a long term relationship and they live together but are not married. He had children from prior marriage and now he and BM have had children together. There is a girl whom is a few years older than sd11 at BM's house. They have their moments and ups and downs and sometimes really like eachother. Over the past 6 months they have been getting into physical altercations. sd11 always tells me the other started it. I can't know for sure because I wasn't there, however, I'm not sure why she would lie to me because I keep our conversatiosn private as she is venting. She claims BM doens't know because they will both get in trouble for fighting. The other girl is quite a bit larger than sd11. DH asked BM if she knew about this and she said she was aware they have gotten into it.

My question is: If we were to ever go for full custody (we are 50/50) does this come into play? The fact that there are physical altercations? That BM may/may not know and regardless they continue? Does it matter which child starts it? Does it matter that BM isn't married??
