I don't want to jinx it as there are 2 minor conditions on the sale, but feel fairly confident that everything will go through OK! The first person who viewed our house purchased it!

DH is actually away right now but did sign the papers faxed to him.

SD probably will not know until the SOLD sign goes up. She will really ramp up the guilt trip until closing date so not looking forward to the next 2 months. DH will be emotional / guilty / and hopefully not too difficult to deal with until this move it done.

A new chapter begins.... I am scared and nervous too.
