well here in oz we fill out all these forms saying why should have an reducement in cs.... i did that and the time for them to respond was 28 days ... they sent it all late in, the case mangaer let it. So i got to work making sure i have every angled covered. and i was allowed to add more too. Mind u this is all to pay to a 3rd party not the bm. :jawdrop:
I just can not believe its all come to this! cross everything for us hey.....

Deal with CS money and SS and BM I would be a raving lunatic (like BM already is)!

Honestly, I do not know how you guys do it (deal with the legal system) The so called Family Court system here in Canada is beyond description (we call it a "joke")-biased towards BM and her needs-Fathers spend thousands trying just to get visitation in the first place (they will give all their $$$$-just to see Poopsie Princess/Prince) AND BM'S REFUSE TO COOPERATE WITH THE COURT ORDER WITH IMPUNITY!

I really believe the only ones winning are the lawyers and BM (NCP Father -gets to make sure the lawyers have cottages (legal fees) and BM gets real estate-(CS for the poopsies of course)

I swear every controlling BM has this quote tattooed on her brain

"Your BF/DH/SO taught me housekeeping; when I divorce I keep the house".

(and the kids, and the CS and the alimony and the pension, and the and the and the....)

or so it seems. Shouldn't everyone be excited about a raise? Well everyone except DH's it seems. My BF's ex is always on the hound for more $$, even though she has been getting sole custody payments, for well over a year, with a split custody arrangement. BF is receiving back pay and some people at his work receive a significant pay increase (he luckily for us wasn't one of these people). However a little birdy chirped word of this in his ex's ear, she is now hounding for paystubs and the cash she feels she is entitled to - pathetic! She already gets double what she should! BF sought the aid of his lawyer when these requests came through, and she was rudely awakened (not for long though I'm sure). Oh my aching head!

:? my god.... why is it the bm's are so greedy . What more do they want? My mother in-law is great she wants me to send the bm a old shirt of hubbys ! :?

reading all these comments and there is more of us out there with the same tales , they have most of everything or all of it, the kids , the support oh poor u , your marriage broke up! makes me sick these selfish woman! :sick:

Bm makes way more money than BM and treats baby like a paycheck. If BF has baby more BM would get less and she is the one complaining that baby is so expensive to raise that is causing her financial distress but her trips, fancy car and bailing out her new man's bills etc are not a problem. Go figure if baby lived with us BF would not ask BM for a dime. We know how to budget and live a "normal" life.

Never ceases to amaze me the lengths custodial parents will go to get more and more and more from the NCP.

If you shared the child(ren) more your expenses would be less for food, clothes, school supplies, diapers, etc.
