Lately, SS14 has been having an attitude. He's generally a good kid, doesn't really talk back, but lately he's been getting worse. He's not technically an only child, but has been living like an only child for the last 3 months or so. He's spoiled and DH is to blame for that. He had $50 in his wallet when he went to visit BM. The wallet went "missing" and magically appeared two weeks later with no money in it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what happened to the money. Anyways, DH gave him $50 to replace it (stupid I know). Well, that $50 went "missing" too (again, after visiting BM). The kid can't remember what he spent it on. Ha! Whatever! If DH wants to pay SS so he can fork it all over to BM, that's his stupid problem. Whenever I come home from work, SS will be in the living room watching tv, and go lock himself in his room. I don't know if he's doing this cause he's trying to make a point of some sort?!? Not that I care, I enjoy my space. If he wants to sit in his room all day, so be it. I'm just getting more and more annoyed with him. His BM just takes and takes. She doesn't pay any child support cause why would she? Everyone knows that bm's don't have to pay for anything (not all, just mine anyways). I'm slowly get sick of it all. I asked SS to do his chores yesterday and all he does is complain the entire time. I've mentioned this to DH twice now and he doesn't do anything about it. SS had a huge homework assignment due today. It was issued weeks ago. When does he start it? Last night of course. I'm just tired of it all. Oh, and BM finally had her child tax credit taken away! Haha!!! She was collecting it for both ss's when DH had custody of both. For 9 months! Now they each have custody of one kid. No CS order is in place right now for that reason. BM freaked out on DH when she found out she wasn't getting any more money. I'm guessing they're making her pay back what she took, that wasn't rightfully hers. She had the nerve to say "you know, you're taking away from your oldest (ss16) by taking that money. LOL!!!! Ask me if I care! Rant over. I have to go back to work. Happy Friday stalkers thanks for listening to my vent once again!
