Earlier this week SO signed what should be the final agreement for the divorce / custody.

Now BM could go psycho and decided to throw all of this away BUT from what we understand she too is agreeing to these terms. It's what he has been requesting since the start of this whole process so she could have saved herself a whole lot of money had she just behaved and stopped lying / denying things.

He maintains joint legal and has visitation. The pick up time is set so he gets them striaght from school when possible. They split all marital debt 50 / 50....

She could have saved about 500 had she agreed to his original offer about the debt. One of the bills is really impacting his day to day life while the other is not causing any harm. The more harmful one was more expensive but he wanted it done asap. Since she refused to take the other one trying to claim she wasn't responsible for it now they pay 50 / 50 on both.

So he signed the paperwork. She'll need to sign. It gets submitted and then just have to wait for the actual court date.

This is incredible.
