So the other day I was really down. But someone must've been listening because yesterday we got a call from the gentleman helping us with the last house we looked at (a double wide on a triple lot, we were denied the loan, it's only 36000.00, but we are paying 4000.00 down) and he had told the sellers our situation and he said they told him they could sympathize because they went through the exact same thing so.....THEY OFFERED CONTRACT BUYING!!!! So as long as the monthly payments they want are reasonable and feasable we can still get the house! I just want to HUG AND KISS THESE PEOPLE! We go in for a sit down to go over everything tomorrow and we get to meet them. I am about in tears I am so happy. I'm sooooo happy I think I tinkled a little. We know we can do at least a 6 year at 450/mo since lot rent is 320 for a triple so it'd be 770.00 total, which we can handle. But I am going to work on getting my credit up so that maybe in the next few years we can get a loan and payoff the sellers, then just do the loan payments. Now we just have to fret about home insurance, anyone know a good place to go through? We have progressive for auto but they dont insure mobile/manufactured homes
