So, we know that for months the loser has not attended school. For months she has been truant. We believe that someone at the school is covering up for loser so that her father doesn't get all the details. After months of waiting for paperwork from the school stating she had been kicked out, as they claim that is the reason DH no longer has access to school records, all we get are papers from the JP truancy court stating she took some BS truancy court and has been ordered to get a GED. It doesn't say anything about where she is getting that darn GED, it doesn't say the due date to get the GED, just that she's been ordered to get one! Now, after months of calling the morons at the school, DH once again has to call these people to get them to send him the paperwork detailing that she has indeed been kicked out of school, etc. so we have proof to stop that freaking CS as soon as loser turns 18.

Has anyone else stopped CS in Texas with the kid not graduating high school but ordered by a judge to get a GED? If so, what proof did you need to present? Texas law states 18 or graduate from high school "whichever is later", but we verified with a lawyer and that literally means "high school", NOT a GED...per his information, if she is not in "HIGH SCHOOL", CS should end...even if she is trying to get her stupid GED. But I want to make sure we have proof of where she is getting that GED, etc. so that we can show that she's not even doing that either and that freaking CS can be stopped.

Please, no complaints. The idiot is 17, almost 18, has one 1 1/2 yr old and ANOTHER on the way! We should NOT have to pay for her anymore. She CHOSE to be a woman, she needs to be held accountable and that means that nobody should support her behind.
