Ah, sorry, I am worn out of living in this mess with the in-laws...been kind of looking for houses, but with the child support mess that crazy witch caused us last time, we just can't take a risk on buying a house we can "afford" and then crazy witch coming back with more drama and child support...also, because of where we live, if we spend too much on a house, and something happens to DH, I would end up on the street because I would be forced to give his kid part of the cost of the house or sell the house if I couldn't afford to give her "her part"...sigh...

So we found one house we fell in love with...about 100K less than our last house, but although I fell in love with it, I don't want to take the risk again...we need something cheaper...So tonight looking through all my old bookmarks I realized I had bookmarked a house that was super cute by the same developer, just a little further away...almost exact layout of original, just smaller...and about another 130K than the original we found...The houses have been selling since last year and they start construction in a month...we can't find on the internet anything about any of them being left, so tomorrow DH goes to check and see if they have ANY left...I am PRAYING like crazy that they have ONE left...I don't care which one, just ONE...

Plz send your positive thoughts...I need to find a cheap house and be out of here asap or my DH and I won't make it with all the stress the crazy mother-in-law is causing us...

My poor DH is so excited and told me he was going to call first thing in the morning...I am praying like crazy...

Sorry to ramble...it's been a crazy last few years since we were forced to sell our house because of crazy and evil BM...and we need this so bad...
I can't have my poor autistic kiddo locked up in this nightmare that we live in now...in a tiny house with NO WORKING STOVE...we cook on a freaking "one burner" type electric stove thing...no oven...no counter space, cabinets that are falling apart with termites!

Ah...sorry, I just had to write...I will know tomorrow if they have anything left...sigh...it's going to be a long night...
