Wonder if he will notice....

I had to work today. I usually only work until 12 but I think I'll work a full day today. BF daughter took my phone last night and didn't return it even after I asked her. So I have no phone to let BF know that I am working all day (guess I could call from work but nahhhhh). I usually text him once a day that I love him too. I wonder if he will even miss that or even notice that I don't come home at 12.

why does she have your phone? and if he asks why u didnt text or call, let him know his brat of a daughter stole your phone.

She used it last night to call someone and didn't give it back. I asked her twice to give me the phone back and she just ignored me like I wasn't even talking. Her sister even told her..she wants her phone and still nothing. WTF...its crazy. I couldn't find it this morning before I went to work so I just said screw it.

oh no...she won't be in trouble. HE'll ask me why I didn't get it back from her. The point is is that I asked for it back and I shouldn't have to make a big deal out of it and I'm not going to. I'm actually suprised I even have a phone still. She lost hers and I figured she would whine enough and BF would give her the one I have and I would have to get a different one. That is the way it rolls around my house. I can't even imagine BF daughter who is extremely immature starting her period. Scaryyyyyyyyyy!!!! She barely has going to the bathroom down right (still doesn't flush and leaves the door wide open) let alone getting her period.

Yeah...I remember when DH's kid was that age.

My only advice is don't let her use your phone any more. In my early attempts to be nice and encourage a relationship with his kid, I would let her borrow my things. All of them......and I mean all of them were either lost or destroyed. She is no longer allowed to even touch anything that belongs to me. She's 14 and we're the same size, but she's not allowed to borrow shoes, clothes, accessories, etc. She has horrible personal hygiene, so she's also not allowed to use my makeup, flat iron, hairbrushes, etc. either.

I try to be nice....but I am so tired of my things either being destroyed or lost.
