Wedding ring

I am so upset. My DH just texted me saying he lost his wedding ring. UGH. I know he didn't lose it on purpose, but we have only been married since June. Sad

Hopefully it will show up.

My DH can't wear his because it broke his finger out in a really bad rash. We think it has something to do with nickel as he can't wear watches either for the same reason. I had it engraved and everything! I just wear it now as a thumb ring...but I still hate that HE does not have a ring!!! lol

Hopefully your DH's will turn up

We specifically only spent $30 on my DH's ring as he tends to lose things. But he also doesn't wear it very often, he doesn't much care for rings.

I went swimming and put my 1st-Marriage engagement ring in my bag locked in my car. When I went to get it later, it was gone. I turned that bag inside out. Searched all the pockets, then-DH searched all the pockets. Pulled out the lining. We practically ripped up the bag.
With a sad heart I went and claimed on our insurance and bought a new replacement ring.
Fast-forward 18 mths and I found the bag again in our storaga cupboard where I had put it. I opened the bag and there was the ring. Just lying there. Now I have no idea where it had been all along. Then-DH certainly didn't take it. The kids didn't take it and the bag wasn't full of pockets and hiding places.

Look for something else and it may just turn up.

I was livid when I saw my H wedding ring on the counter one morning- first thing he said to me that day was "babe i feel so naked without my ring- check and make sure its on the counter please. i really hope i didnt lose it" kind of made up for him leaving it off that morning-kind of.

His ring is expensive- we went with the tungstun(sp?) but it cant even be re-sized because of how its made. Nearly indestructible. If he were to lose it, he'd be getting a plain platinum band (mine cost $30).

When we were first married my DH would take his ring off in the morning to get in the shower and would forget to put it back on and go to work without it. I used to get so upset and give him a hard time about it. So one day I found it in the bathroom and I hid it on him. He came home trying to hide his finger and get upstairs to the bathroom. I tortured him. He thought he lost it and felt so bad. Then I stuck it on his side table next to the bed and he was so relieved that it was "found." It was mean of me but he no longer takes it off and has not forgotten it home since that day. }:)

I'm sure it will show up. One place DH did actually lose his ring was in a pocket full of change in his pants pocket or jacket pocket. He stuck his hand in to get change and didn't notice the ring slipped off.

SO lost his too a couple months after we were married, he swears he put it on the microwave and someone removed it, we searched high and low and never found it, it had to be replaced. I hope your outcome is better then ours was.

My DH isnt allowed to wear his to work due to regulations. I was so upset that he never wore it (except for the day we got married). I went out and bought him a really really nice thick white and yellow gold necklace that he keeps his ring on. He has worn it every day since then and only takes it off to shower.
I love knowing he's wearing it. Smile
