Karma can really come back to bite ya...
Princess (SD 18)and Loghead have spent the day at an area hospital. For medical reasons (not related to her possible eating disorder) she was taken by ambulance to the nearest hospital, where she will have to have a minor medical procedure this evening.
Being the "Christian" she is, I hope she thinks, "Mmmm... I told a major lie to Dad and Last-Wife- the people who love me most in the world, and this happened? Maybe God is telling me something?!"
She may have to come back home for a few days to recuperate. Fortunately, due to the weather, her first day of college winter term classes were cancelled. So she didn't miss anything, however, everyone was at the dorm to see her carted out...
I don't really know much more than that, because that is all Loghead has told me at this time. He is staying up there with her tonight, and will either get her settled back in school, or bring her home.
I'm still so angry with her for what she did to me last week. I know she's 18, and in college, but I still think it is wrong to lie about where you are. That was childish. If she wants to truly be treated like an adult, she should have come to us and talked to us about her plans, rather than lying and saying she was gonna be with loca Grande.
I make light of the situation now, because it is a pretty common procedure, and she'll be fine. I hope she takes this as a "wake up" call...
Prayers on all accounts would be nice...
