So, if we win the lottery tonight, can BM get ahold of any of it?

We would finally have enough money to drag her ass through court for EVER

we already decided that the trust funds couldn't be touched til 25 or until they graduated college, whichever was later. (we fantasize a lot about what we would do with our winnings)

We have assumed she would go for some type of support payment to adjust the lifestyles between the two houses (even though she makes over $20,000 more a year than my fiance does and there is no support either way now)

Since she's so materialistic we have wondered how much of a payoff she would take to sign over her rights. I'm sure we didn't win SIGH...........

It's fun to think about though

What would we do with all that money? Who would we give cash gifts to? What charities would we want to support? Every time we play this game, we change how we'll spend our buckets of cash. But one thing is always the same... no matter how it happens, I will be the one claiming the prize and that money will go into MY separate account so that BM can't get a dime of it.
