In Western Australia they have something called a PBO - Prohibited Behaviour Order. This means if you are an anti-social serial offender you can have your right restricted. EG: You are a serial shop lifter. You can be banned from going into malls. If you are consistently in trouble for disturbing the peace you could find yourself with a 6pm curfew and no drinking alcohol outside your home.Serial tagger would mean being banned from public transport.

Now this would be brilliant to apply to SMs and/or SKids. BM consistently makes crank calls your home. She gets restricted to only call for legitimate reasons and between 9am and 6pm. Outside those times she has to call the local police who will relay the message through. So it better be damned important and not "Please drop off Billy's red socks. He wants to wear them to school." Or "You are a ************! Do NOT let your b**** wife braid MY daughters hair again!"
