So, SO and BM went to court for her contempt case for withholding access. Outside the court they agreed on a few things. We have them 1st 2 weeks of July and Aug and she has them 2nd 2 weeks of July and Aug. This was agreed outside via the lawyers and wasn't included in the court order which just dealt with passports and us taking them to Paris in August.

Anyway, we had them 1st 2 weeks of July (which she tried but failed to interrupt). We returned them on the 15th and expected to pick them up again on the 1st of August. IF the agreement hadn't been made today would have been SO's normal EOW access but the agreement was supposed to override that.

Well BM started sending texts at 5:15 (SO usually picks up at 5:00) asking where SO was, wasn't he going to pick them up from babysitter? We were swimming so didn't get the texts until 6:00. When SO got the texts he called her and he couldn't get a word in edgewise. He put it on loudspeaker and she just whined on and on and on and on and on about how put out she was, she had plans but now she had sacrificed because HE didn't care enough to pick up his kids. He doesn't care about them. blah blah blah blah SO couldn't get a word in. Then she hung up. SO texted her and reminded her of the agreement in court and told her he'd come and get them now, now problem. She replied back saying he had put her to a lot of trouble and she wouldn't speak to him until he apologized, then ended by saying she's waiting for her apology.

No doubt she did this on purpose. He has NEVER so much as been late to pick them up in nearly 5 years. I'm sure she told the kids he didn't care about them. She accused him of bringing the contempt charges just for the sake of fighting, not because he cared about them. She's going to milk this for all she can get.

Of course I'm sure this has absolutely NOTHING to do with the fact that yesterday the family counselor called her to let her know that she has sided with SO on the access situation.
