Ok so now I know why xh is here in jail. It's for child support. But get this his said that xh wants me to go to his court date on the 11th to drop all child support. WTF? No way I raised that boy on my own with no help if anything I want to make sure he pays! The balls!

I would not waive what he owes. Likely why he wanted to see the kids too...to play the poor pity me card and see if he couldn't get kids to talk you into it. Pfft. Nope. Don't release his debt to you.

It's not going to happen. My happy butt will be on the phone with cs tomorrow to see if I need to be there or what. I thunk your right he was trying to talk me into dropping it.

It diesnt matter b/c son doesn't get out of school till after the court date anyway.
