We have been under a lot of stress lately, between FMIL PAS'ing SS against myself and fdh, to be being evicted by FFIL because FDH wanted SS to live with us full time and did not want SS seeing FMIL for a while because of the lies she told SS.

SS has been rude and thrown an attitude lately. I understand his world has been turned upside down but he really doesn't need to lie and ignore me and basically behave like rules do not apply to him.

FDH had him spend the night at a friends because its been me alone with SS and DD at night and its been out of hand with SS harassing DD3 and starting fights with her. She is only 3.

When we went to pick up SS FDH went to the house to get him while DD and I waited in the car as DD had fallen asleep. SS apparently stepped in dog poop and didn't bother to clean his shoes off, then his dad asked him several times to hurry but according to FDH he lolly-gagged. Then he ran off and disappeared and didn't say a word to FDH. So they come to the car and FDH is mad.

We get home and SS still doesn't want to clean his shoes but FDH has to stand outside and direct him the whole time to get him to do it. Then FDH and I both had to keep telling him not to leave the shoe on the step where the dogs could get it and tear it up. Never mind it was the middle of the stairs. FDH finally picked it up.

They come inside and SS is acting miserable and goes to his room and lays in bed.

FDH decides to take him with him and drop him off at BM's work since FDH goes by on his way to work. FDH wants to leave early since we got a call about a piece of property and we only have a month and a week left to move. FDH tells SS to get dressed and get his stuff together for the weekend. SS comes down the hall and asks why. FDH says get ready to go and SS asks why again. I finally told SS to put his socks and shoes on because he is going to his moms. He stands there and I guess he was thinking because he took a few minutes to move. He comes back in socks and sandals. Not my choice and FDH gets annoyed and points out it has been raining and to put on sneakers, any pair since one pair had dog poop on them and he apparently got one soaking wet.

As they were about to leave FDH finally told SS he was sick of the attitude and the asking why every time someone tells him to do something. At least FDH realizes I'm not just picking on SS.

My mom had both SS and DD and even she called me to apologize and tell me I was not exaggerating about SS behavior. My mom even had a talk with FDH and told him about SS elbowing DD in the ribs and DD hit SS for it. SS went crying to my mom not realizing she saw him elbow DD. Well this time DD didn't get in trouble for hitting and SS got in trouble for lying. Apparently SS has been antagonizing DD and then crying that she hit him for no reason. Now the truth comes out and I have to admit I am so pissed at SS for all the times DD got in trouble when he started it. I don't want her to hot but I don't want her to just take his crap. The thing that really pissed me off was SS called DD a bully and it turns out SS is the bully. I'm still steamed about that.
