Well the OFP hearing for SS was continued, the judge had to recuse himself as he previously represented the boyfriend years ago as counsel. The GAL recommended we get a lawyer for this as they are really fighting it, even trying to get her thrown off the case because she is the GAL for the custody modification case. Not sure how that is a conflict but they are arguing it.

Sure as shit BM walks in with him. Go figure right back to the abuser like nothing happened. It was funny they would not let him in the building at first because he wore holy pants!! Apparently he had extras in his car?? He was back within 10 min.

So then BM walks by DH stating "I have my own place Im going down to DFS today to get SS back" DH did not say a word. Then Supertrash (Boyfriends name hehe) starts talking all loud and bitching about how "it is ludricous that people can file for a restraining order and bring up the fact that we could use his 2 prior restraining orders against him....even though one was "7" years ago". Yes Supertrash it shows a history of women feeling like they need protection from you!! He then is explaining to some poor sucker sitting over by him that we are trying to get the OFP because "she lives with me" pointing to BM. At this point I couldnt help it I looked at BM and stated "oh I thought you just said you had your own place?"

It was really entertaining Supertrash was walking around with his chest all puffed out, staring down my DH evertime he walked by. Walking with a gangsta thug limp as he is running on and on about "I swear thier college edumication has lowered thier IQ's" " I didnt go to college and my IQ is higher than thiers"...... I was literally laughing he was so ridiculous!

With the way he was acting no telling what kind of shit fit he is going to have when the witness finally testify that it was BM's statements to a deputy sherrif and school personel that instigated all this. But I tried to warn her, what happens now is her problem. And I will just keep on walking.

So next Tuesday is the new court date, which will probably get continued as well as we are meeting with a lawyer on Monday to possibly retain him for the OFP for SS.

That will be 3 lawyers we are having to pay......I swear the entire system is set up to drain us dry and line lawyer and judges pockets!
