OMG so we waited all day yesterday and heard nothing about the order for the Drug Test. My DH never heard from the Childrens Division case worker, he kept himself busy studying all day. I get home from work about 445 and when i walk in he is just checking Case Net where we can see charges filed on BM in MO. BM had 4 more cases show up!!! These were from 8/30/13, ones we had no idea about! So she now has these criminal charges open and in progress on her....

1. Class C Felony Forgery
2. Class C felony Theft of a fireare
3. Class C Felony theft of an auto
4. Class C felony Theft of a building/ or other property greater than 500.00
5. Class D Felony DWI (persistent offender) her 3rd DWI on record...
6. Possesion of up to 35Gm marijuana
7. Unlawful use of Drug Paraphenalia
8. Driving wile rovocked or suspended (2nd or more offense) It is actually like her 5th, difference of municipal vs state hwy patrol....
9. Driving without license plate
10.Failure to provide proof of insurance

This list does not include the eye witness account of her wrecking her BF truck that the highway patrol is still investigating!!

So our lawyer told us last night that the GAL presented the Childrens division caseworker with everything she knew about the case and what her recommendations would be. So the GAL and caseworker came up with the plan for the Caseworker to offer BM a saftey plan where SS will be placed with DH. If she refuses to sign it then the Case worker told the GAL that SS will be taken into custody and go through Childrens court to be placed with the non offending parent. So the GAL is drafting a new temporary custody parenting plan to have approved by the Judge in our case until we can actually go to court to get the final judgement. We are still in shock, but still hesitant because we have yet to hear anything!! I do understand this process can take up to 24 hours according to our lawyer. But still we are worried that the case worker is going to be duped and fed a bunch of BS that will just delay it. BM can lie all she wants, but we have proof of her lying ways through the last 1.5 years of text messages, doctor records, and recorded conversations etc.
