Do you think this will hurt BM in court?

So yesterday we got 2 envelopes from the court. One was telling us that our court date is the 15th & that this would be a very short (15 minutes) appearance in front of the judge, more than likely to explain briefly what is going on. The other was a denial to BM's latest motion...get ready for this...BM requested that she do a conference call rather than "travel over an hour" to the court!!! My mouth dropped open! Yet another example of how BM acts like she's more important than everyone else. And also, in the copy of BM's motion are several blatant lies. First of all, she wouldn't be traveling from her house to the court. Due to the time, she *should* be at work, which would be closer. (Unless she's not working...) And if she's driving from work to the court, it would take maybe 30-40 minutes at the most....the same amount of time my husband will have to drive.

I really hope this makes BM look arrogant to the judge. This is what we have to deal with all the time. BM thinks the world revolves around her!

I'm sure the judge will love to see her request for conference due to driving time...especially if the judge has to commute long distances to get to work everyday just to see trash like her clogging up the system with stupid ass requests like that...

LOL!!! Love your comment!

I think it makes her look like she doesn't care. It's inconvenient for BM to drive "over an hour" (really 30-40 minutes) because we only have 15 minutes with the judge?! And she did state in the motion "since it's only 15 minutes". I really hope the judge was annoyed by this! She's just such an arrogant piece of crap!

It won't make her look good, that's for sure!! I love it when BM's dig their own holes. Smile

Maybe she'll walk into court all PO'd. That would show her true colors.
