I have no idea why BM is such a bitch. I mean, really, she's the biggest bitch I think I've ever come across.

This weekend is the CO'd visitation. Now, on Christmas, BM asked if SO was keeping SD on New Year's Eve (which was NOT CO'd visitation) and he said no, reminding her that it was not his ordered visitation. We were kind of planning on going out so it didn't make sense to take her when we had plans and SO didn't have to. This is probably payback for not being BM's babysitter that weekend which, I should note, would basically mean that we would've had SD pretty much EVERY weekend in December!

Yesterday SO tries to coorindate the transportation of visitation (which is not in the CO) and BM doesn't respond. This morning she responds that she doesn't have a car anymore and has to buy a new one. This is the EXACT same thing that she told us in October/November, but when we got to her house we saw her usual car there and when SO asked SD how she had been getting to school she said, "in my mommy's car."

When SO asked how BM was planning to get SD from school today since the school is not accessible by public transportation she claimed SD's aunt was going to do it (the aunt living over an hour from the school).

This, of course, means SO has to pick up SD. The thing is that it's almost impossible to make it to SD's school on time because we have to travel to another city in rush hour traffic on a Friday! That is the reason BM usually picks her up, and we meet BM at BM's house!

BM says that she is taking the train to work and SO can meet her at the train station near our house before BM goes to work, which works since SO isn't working today. She works at like 11:30 a.m. or noon which means that she wasn't going to take SD to school. Who does that? SD is already well behind other kids her age due to not going to a real school (only a preschool, despite her gradeschool age).

Then BM begins to text SO about how he "better not be late" because he ALWAYS makes her late when she drops SD off at our house. Example, Christmas Eve BM said she had to be to work at 11:00 a.m. We live 10 minutes or less from her job. She arrived at our house at 11:30. How did SO make her late? She was already late and would have been late anyway!

She said she can't trust that SO will be on time because of his "indecent behavior," basically trying to say, again, in a round about way that he tried to sleep with her or hoping that he'll mention something about it to her (because neither one of us have).

BM continues her sob story via text about how once she had to take SD to work with her. That was BEFORE there was a CO in place, when BM did not respond to SO's texts for days and BM just assumed that she could drop SD off at our house without talking to SO. So, yes, she had to bring SD to work with her because SO didn't know she was coming and wasn't home! WTF?? But, of course, that's his fault.

BM also closed with "we will be before the judge soon enough." SO said he would pick SD up from school and asked for the address. BM has yet to respond. She is intentionally being a bitch and just trying to cause a conflcit with SO in the hopes that he will blow up on her and say something stupid.

The fact of the matter is she is Court Ordered to provide that information and even if she feels like well she gave us directions there once (on the phone while SO was driving, in the dark) I still think there's an argument that she's failing to comply when she KNOWS he is trying to get there to pick up SD nad it's his weekend, and we NEVER pick SD up from school. When we DO pick up SD, it's always from BM's house. SO asked to pick SD up from BM's house and BM refused.

It will be interesting to see how this whole thing shakes out. I imagine that if BM is really trying to now go the legal route she will provide SO with the address, or drop SD off.

In the meantime, I told SO to text her and email her that he has not heard from her, he doesn't know where the school is and if he doesn't hear from BM by X:00, he will have to assume that BM is choosing to violate the CO and prevent today's visit.

What a great way to start the weekend!
