BM's Wrath, A Comedy
Court is this week. I am not looking forward to it. BM will show and is going to make all her allegations against SO.
She made a big deal out of sending me an email today to show she has an attorney or at least someone helping her. She's probably fvking an old man for legal advice, but that's besides the point. I already asked her NOT to communicate with me twice. This is the third time.
I almost wanted to remind her that she's messing with the wrong person in the leagl part, but I just left it alone. Another email to add to the evidence showing she's a loon. }:)
And she IS a loon. She has been posting the most bizzare crap on her FB page. Does she not know people can read aside from her friends. She writes comments that are novels and comments to her own comments. WTF? :? Crazy!
The only downside is we know she's going to come slinging mud. She's going to bring up how he supposidly tried to sleep with her (irrelevant) and make her claims about him being an unfit parent. Not sure how she'll explain her MULTIPLE request that we take custody of SD not that long ago. }:)
I really hope the Judge cuts her down quick, fast and in a hurry, but there is always the possibility they won't. Also, we don't know who/what she will bring with her, so it will be interesting.
The only thing I am confident in is that the judge will take it with a grain of salt. If you REALLY thought your kid was in danger would you never come to Court, miss multiple hearings and every mediation, not file anything or do anything, ask someone to take your kid and then now suddenly be so concerned. And, if that is true, maybe you're not the most stable person, yanno?
We shall see. Pray for us. LOL....

StepDeux, here's the thing. He tried to sleep with her? Doesn't matter in the least. He can try to pick up on the court transcriber before the case, it has no bearing on this case.
Unfit parent? According to who? Has there been an abuse investigation? Findings? Concerned interested parties, such as the school? A doctor? Anyone of character? Or just some loony ravings from a raving loon who harasses you, is clearly mentally unstable, and then pulls the pity pot out in court, pulling out all the stops, which just makes her look more and more desperate and pathetic?
If she had anything it would have to be from an agency who had investigated your DH and found him at fault for something. In a custody case, her word against yours is just that. And having to resort to mudslinging is not always the best bet. Judges hate when their time is pissed away on punative bullshit.

I am praying and crossing my fingers! Don't you just love having to go to court with an idiot like that? And having to spend the money. It makes me sick every time we have to do it.
