What happens once
documentation is turned over to BM attorney? We trying for 50/50 time. We keep very detailed daily journal. Our attorney has turned it over to BM attorney. BM attorney is not interested in doing depositions on H or myself. I know they are costly. Is that good that she does not want to do one on H. Our lawyer wanted to do one on BM to get a feel for what kind of person BM is and to clarify some things she was untruthful about in her discovery but has decided not to due to cost. So our attorney turned over our journal to BM lawyer. Does BM lawyer or someone in her office read all of it to see what is in there? Is BM lawyer allowed to make copy and give to BM or will BM have to come into office to read it? Our attorney thought we had court date set but it was regular motions date so we waiting on call back from court secretary with court date.
What can anybody tell me?

if that has anything to do with it
hmmm...not sure about family court...
but in criminal court any discovery (documentation) provided by the advesary may be shown to the interested party...so I would imagine her atty has the right to show her the journal so that she may answer any allegations...I would call yur atty and ask if u are concerned......some attys make a copy and send it to their client, however, when it came to bank records we insisted our atty have BM come into office to review, as she could not be trusted to possess such sensitive info...
