She figured it out didn't she? Stupidity and ignorance are two different things and she overcame her ignorance. Most web sites are free after all and I can see where she may have thought it was provided by the court or some government agency.

That site is very clear, if she logged in at all, opened the site at all, she would have figured it out. I believe she did it on purpose. We use the site and it is VERY black and white. It was designed for high conflict people. She chose to not pay, or use the money as an excuse...
