What does it mean when someone on this site wants to be your friend? I had a few friend requests on here, and I didn't even know there was such a thing. I know what it means on Facebook, but I don't know what it means on here. Thanks.

As in they would like to add you. Then you can chat one on one I gather. It would show up on your left side of the screen when you have a message as others do not see you. Now you do not need to add him/her as a friend to view the message but they add bc they like you.
