So DH is taking BM back to court we are still waiting for court date, lets me give u a quick recap they havent been to court for parenting time for the last 8 yrs court order is not what schedule they follow we have had them every weekend except thelast of the month for the last 2yrs now that she is pissed she is reverting to old schedule whichonlyallows them at our house one day every weekend. Dh and I are pissed im sure the kids arent fon of it considering both have said they want to live with us and last weekend they were with is girl didnt want to go back to moms. I have no idea if there is anything we can do other than just wait for the court date? well this is to show how she thinks in the best intrest of the kids other than acting out of spite. any advise besides documenting
