For the last 12 years it was always me who filled out the school forms for SDs and always did the school stuff. This year it dawned on me, they are now adults so I don't have to do that anymore filling in BMs name for Mother and DHs name for Father.

This year it hit me and I got so excited filling out school forms for my own daughter and I could put MY name down as MOTHER and DH as FATHER!!! I know I have gotten to before since she is 8 but it just hit me, its the first year I don't have to fill out for SDs anymore. Not that I don't love them but it was hard being the actual mother but not getting the credit for it!

I know kind of a dumb post BUT it made me excited. I walked my daughter into school today and it was me being MOM! Oh happy dance! Next year I will get to do that for both my Bios! One will join 4k next year :)I also got a love you Mom and a hug and kiss
