I know you're all dying to know. We just got out of court (it's 2pm here, we've been there since 9am)
I will write more on the details when im not on my phone but...

We won. We won we won we won!!!! We got more than we wanted too, and BM left hysterical.

Oh, DH AND BM both also have to serve 2 days in jail (10 day sentence, 8 days suspended) for violations of the court order. Basically the judge punished both of them and told them to get along.

Also, she is not allowed to file anymore petitions to modify. Ever.

And, if she does anything in even the slightest violation of the order, 10 days minimum, stacking each time.

I'm picking the skids up today after school. I am relieved an overjoyed. Thank you guys so much for all of your continues support and I will be sure to blog all of the EXTREMELY juicy details ASAP!!
