Kids still gone
So we went infront of a judge yesterday with our lawyer, and he signed the order to have the children re-enrolled back in their school and they aren't allowed to leave our county. So BM who was on her way to Colorado, has to bring them back. Part of me hopes she doesn't so it's her ASS on the line if she doesn't. So we will see. Court date set for the 23 and hopefully we can get the kids back at that time.

Thanks! We knew she was up
Thanks! We knew she was up to something and she side swiped us the other day. We have a lawyer but she had already taken the kids out of state before our lawyer could stop her. Now the judge that signed her ER protective order (who we saw yesterday) found out she lied she said she had custody, which we do, and found out from a letter from the kids school that she unenrolled them, he wasn't happy. Those poor kids!
