So GG asks me when I will be flying out for Awesomeson's Air Force graduation accompanied by Awesomeson's GF. I say "on the 29th" He asks the dates and times. And I say something about having him drop us off at the airport and pick us up.

Background info: GG thinks that Awesomeson's GF is just a passing fancy and he would LOVE to see Awesomeson dump her as she is too "girly." In other words, GG thinks that Awesomeson's GF is doing a "Behemoth" on him so his "male comradary" comes out and he often suggests that Awesomeson should "take charge." (much like GG "takes charge over me" --GAG)

So immediately GG talks about NOT dropping us off or picking us up and implying that I"m CHEAP for not simply driving myself and GF over and using their long term parking. Message: He couldn't be bothered.

Now had it been HIS brat pack that he was flying out for, he'd expect me to don a chauffeur's attire and roll out the friggin red carpet for him both going to and coming back from the airport.

So I said "that's ok" I'll have Awesomeson's GF's family take us to the airport and pick us up." All of a sudden it was like "oh, no I can do it but I'd rather have Awesomeson's GF stay over the night before departure and also the night of pickup" (the flight back will be sort of a "red eye")
