Today is D-Day for SS18. He has to decide if he's gong to go to Uber-Expensive College (taking out loans) or Tech School (on scholarship). DH and I are praying he chooses Tech School but the reality is BM is pushing for Uber-Expensive College.

SS18 achieved the rank of Eagle Scout - F.I.N.A.L.L.Y. He's been dinking around with it for 2 years. Thank Dog it's finally finished. Funny side note - the troop sent an announcement via e-mail with a picture of DH, SS18, & BM. The pic was taken right after SS18 found out he got it. BM looks horrid she's wearing a wrinkled sun dress, that's about 2 sizes too small-no shapewear-fat rolls and bellybutton were visible :sick: . DH's comment to me was: "you have to see this BM looks like she swallowed a beer-keg.

SS13 is stuck going to summer school because his grades suck. DH has been riding him hard to bring his grades up but BM has been radio-silent. So frustrating to watch.

DH is taking me on a long weekend getaway - so excited. A Hotel and no skids or furbabies.
