Happy Happy Joy Joy
Okay I don't post often, but I needed to post this great news to a bunch of people who would understand why this was great news. I can't smile to big at home because my DH would get upset.
What is it that has got me so happy. My SD 14 is going to go live with her BM. Is it the best place for her, probably not, but she is in no physical or psychological danger. Best case scenario she is there for the next school year and at the very least the entire summer holidays. I am so supper pumped I can't help it.
It feels like a weight has been lifted off of my marriage and now DH and I can start repairing our marriage that has been going through a rough time. Yeah me
SD came to live full time with us when she was 8yrs old. I have been a primary caregiver and parent to her since she came to live here. Actually I was the only one parenting her, since neither of her parents wanted to. Anyways about a year ago I disengaged because I was fed up with neither of her parents wanting to do anything about her behavior. Needless to say it had a big impact on my marriage where I left my DH for a couple of months.
Anyways we had the custody agreement changed just this year and now she is going on a temp basis to liver with her BM. This should be fun to watch since they haven't been able to spend more than 4 days together before we are getting phone calls that they are fighting and we need to go pick her up.
Regardless I get a break and her BM will have to actually be a parent to at least one of her children, this should be fun.

Yep - sure will be interesting to see BM actually be RESPONSIBLE for her spawn - and she should've done this from the get go.
Enjoy your happiness! Enjoy your husband and most of all - enjoy your peace!

The only way I could be happier for you would be if the same thing was happening to me! }:)
SOOOOO happy for you! I can
SOOOOO happy for you! I can tell you one thing, since I went through this same experience with SD14 as well. Your marriage will recover and be the best it's ever been as long as DH doesn't wallow in sadness over missing his precious baby.
Every time my DH gets down about the fact that his daughter is too much of a snot to even return his calls, I distract him with sex, food or sports...works like a charm
