We have rented this house for 4 years. At our own risk, we've fallen in love with it. It is quite beautiful. It fits...it feels like home. But it's not ours. Landlord has decided he wants to sell. He has every right, of course, but it's heart breaking.

As two adults who are divorced and started completely over quite late in life - we cannot buy right now. It just can't happen yet. So we have found another house to rent. It's upsetting but I just get on with it.

DH however. Holy cats. He's turning his disappointment, frustration and heart break into "Lets See How Awful I Can Act Towards Cookies".

I mean really. He's 61 years old and acting like a 3 year old whose sandwich wasn't cut in the right direction and was placed on the wrong coloured plate for snack time. I believe I called him a festering butthole last night. Not my best moment but it's better than murder.

It is our 6 year wedding anniversary today. He's taking SS15 to the airport so he can fly out to see his egg donor BM2. I'm sitting here thinking "thank jeebus, a few hours peace!"

Also, BM2 asked what we were doing for our anniversary today. Why in TF would you ask what your ex is doing with his wife on their anniversary?! He responded "packing". She was surprised as she thought we bought this house. Great, so all of last year, she was trying to get my husband back AND take (what she thought was) my house too?!?!

I'm so done.

Anyone want a spare DH for a week or two? Pffffftttt.
