The court system doesn't care about protecting kids

I wan denied emergency and supervised visits. Dh isn't allowed to leave sd with anyone while she is in his care. That is all they changed! Stbxdh took dd this past weekend for his visitation instead of coming to see her at the house like he had been. Guess he made up with sd since she was at his house all weekend and dd was forced to see her. Stbexdh also had a woman move in with him and she brought 3 kids with her.

Was this the poster who's 9 year old DD was violated at some college campus party when she was allowed to go stay with SD at college for a weekend???

No one has been charged with anything. Sd has a lawyer and she refuses to answer any questions.

I agree. That's what got the trouble started. the fact that he dumped DD off at college with SD and left her there with irresponsible "kids" twice her age.. just stupid and bound to end badly.

But I can see where poster is upset, because while court may have said "stbeh is not allowed to leave BD with anyone while she is in his care" Who is going to police that? Who says he won't leave her with SD again, or his flavor of the month etc.

No one needs to police it. The kid is 9. Its not like she's an infant or a toddler. Just ask her.
