Whatever!
So..... BM was to pick up SS from school on Thursday and take him to a doctors appointment. As per usual, she is tooo busy. Tis the season to be busy in retail you know... (not sure what her excuse is the other 11 months of the year but whatever)... DH was supposed to pick up our daughter from Daycare on Thursday..as I have strategic planning sessions all day Thursday, out for dinner with the execs Thursday night. Normally I would pick my daughter up as it's on my way home from work. Just got a phone call to see if I could 'cancel' my plans so DH could take SS to the doctor. I'm very pissed off...but for the first time ever I said no. Yay me... It wasn't well received... but I am also TOO BUSY... and you know... I'm getting sick of DH trying to please both of his wives... I just want to say F O ... finally I said..well if BM is too busy, I guess you guys will have to reschedule.

good for you! Your life should not revolve around BM's whims and schedule.. she can't take her lunch or dinner break to take SS to the Dr.? Is this just a routine check-up?? If so why is so earth shattering that you and DH drop everything to get him there because BM is too busy. good grief! Glad you put your foot down!

Me too Daizy... I never NEVER never put my foot down...and I have always had to rearrange MY schedule because of her being 'sick', or 'broke', or 'busy'... and I'm DONE with it... I can hardly manage my own life being a manager, travelling all the time for business, 3 kids, and a life... I'm NOT going to work around her schedule too! I'm more pissed off at DH because he just jumps whenever she says JUMP. SS is in counselling...and BM who always has a new Coach purse or new shoes says..."oooohh I can't really afford this..because I just put my daughter in private school, and I'm sending money to my dad who is ill"..and DH says.. "Don't worry, I'll cover most of it!!!!!!FACK..more like WE WILL cover most of it!"... she has bailed on so many things and I've had to cover... like parent teacher interviews...organizing birthday parties... doctors appointments.. even surgery once...and I'm just DONE... holy venting I know!

sounds like my BM... god forbid she can't possibly afford school clothes, halloween costume, new sneakers, etc etc. for SS but she is out getting new clothes and shoes for HER, going to dinner or coffee with HER friends or HER BF, going to the movies like once a week with HER BF, goes out of town for days for HER cult church bullcrap etc... but oh no, can't possibly afford things for SS.. after all don't we know how expensive it is to raise a child? Sorry, guess I only know what a selfish bitch looks like.

good for you! i am borderline fuming right now myself. dh found out at 1:30 today that he has to take ss to the dr at 3. wtf? both brats were here last night and no mention of a dr appt.
i'm trying to let it go, b/c after tonight the little turds will gone until next wednesday!! it's my awesome 6 day stretch!
