Just pulled up the local jai inmate search, input BM's name and voila! She has a new profile picture for Facebook she can use! (Really at the rate she gets arrested and cries she also needs to invest is a GOOD waterproof mascara! The raccoon eyes are just so not sexy then again, that bright orange outfit isnt doing her any favors either!)

She was arrested yesterday for "Failure to support" and still in custody! Bond is $6500.00! 6k I know is what she is behind in CS. Looks like the state/county is charging her $500.00 to have to deal with her.

Oh we were allowed to explain to the skids the who,what,where,when,why,how.

Judge told us to do it to prevent "misunderstandings and prevarications" (I like the way the judge worded that) in the future. Considering we spoke to them and they had the opportunity to read the court transcripts, the younger kids are well aware mom is sinking herself. sd18 thinks BM is always right.

I wish more judges would try to stop the bad mouthing from one parent against the other, thus putting the kids in the horrible and awkward position of having to choose.

Ha Ha! That is great! I would love to see BM in a spacesuit, on her way to Pluto, but a bright orange jumpsuit would be funny.

I'm sorry I still can't get over how dumb she is. She's too stupid to realize that she's is destroying her own life. Sure, she's making everyone else uncomfortable, but she's DESTROYING her own life.

What a moron.

Her criminal record is something that she will NEVER be able to escape.

When I worked in the homeless shelter 95% of the clients had criminal records. Coincidence? I think not. It's hard to support oneself and to keep a roof over your own head when you can only earn minimum wage. And a minimum wage job is really the only kind of job that felons can get. UNLESS they can find an employer that is willing to "take a chance" on them.

What a waste of an education.

SD18 was staying with BIL and SIL. Up until a week ago. BM got out of jail last friday (7th) and on Saturday sd18 and all her crap disappeared from BIL's house while he and SIL were at work.

Up until last Friday, she was able to call her siblings whenever she wanted, which was every few days. And DH would typically take the younger skids over to BIL's house on Sundays for a few hours after church. DH also saw her on Wednesdays for counseling (she failed to show this week, he was not surprised).

None of the times that she saw her siblings did she ask to. She never attempted to initiate a visit at our house, BIL's house or outside of the houses aka in public. DH had offered on Fri/Sat when we serve at the shelter that we could pick her up since she as well has hours to perform and she could hang with her siblings while doing it: declined everytime.

BIL drove to BM's parents house on Sunday and saw SD18 run into the house to avoid having to talk to him. We know she is there also know the RO/PO prohibiting contact between her and BM is not dropped (there has not been enough time to schedule a hearing to have it dropped!).

The kid is completely and utterly following in her mothers footsteps. She has precious little time to complete her community service or she is in violation and she will go to Jail (since she is an adult now). She does not care what the courts, her father, grandparents, aunts, uncles or siblings say: all that matters is what she wants/thinks is right and she is an adult now and no one can tell her what to do! (Yeah, we all see how well that mindset is working out for BM right?)

Sadly: what she does from here on, will effect the rest of her life. But she won't listen. Also sad, since BM came out of jail sd18 has not attended a single day of school, missed this whole week.

That she is back in jail? We haven't told them. Not worth upsetting them over. Not like we had her arrested this time. This is all on the state. Dirol

I don't honestly know. I imagine it will remain the same, until she falls another 3 months behind then she gets another warrant for failure to support.

Hell I don't know how they expect to get blood out of that rock. Her parents are paying for everything at this point, storage unit for her household stuff and all. I doubt they have the funds as they were wanting us to take all of the younger kids stuff so they wouldn't have to pay for a larger unit.
