SD18 has been out for a week. BM just got out with "time served" again. SD18 has been living with BM's parents as she is not welcome in my home. RO is still in place so BM and SD cannot be in the same house (that's what they both got arrested for) So one of the two will have to leave the house and stay elsewhere.
Last time BM was out she shut off my electric and phone by impersonating me and called the state reporting my work for not paying taxes: all while giving my name.
Makes me shudder to think what she will come up with this time.
She already tried that. Schools are wise, kids are also wise. I do not believe any of the younger three would agree to meet her anywhere at this point as they do not want to get in trouble like SD18 by violating the RO.
No I have a feeling I will continue to be her target. Or she will start screwing w DH's accounts.
JHW, I've brought this up before w/ other Stalkers and sorry if I'm a broken record, but please please PLEASE get some identity theft protection in place. The banker in me is cringing at the thought of her getting out. It's cheap or free and worth it's weight in gold. Keep us posted Sweetie.
Already done. Bank suggested it when I called and PW protected all my accounts. (Done for mine and DH's checking, savings and cc and the 529s we have set up for the skids college.)
Package they offered was $29.99 annually (for both combined) and will alert us to any ping at all on our credit via email, text and regular mail. Everything is now set up that NO credit can be issued without myself or DH there in person with photo ID.
DH is pretty certain her next campaign will be junk mail. Since a fingerhut catalog and two jewelry catalogs have shown up at our house, with her name on them. They were marked return to sender does NOT live here. Then we made contact with the postal service. Apparently they have a program that allows you to 'limit' what mail comes to your house. So ours is now set up with our names, all of our kids and that is it. Per the USPS as of Thursday if any mail is sent to anyone else's name aside from those listed it is auto returned to sender with "restricted delivery". That was kinda cool (and free!) sadly, does not work on junk mail as that is to 'resident' so it is auto presumed to be me and DH.
I had to put in a change of address for my 21 y/o son earlier this year. I did it online and they charged $1.00 which had to come from one of his bank accounts as proof it was for him. The only draw back was that I couldn't proceed and finish the change of address until I ordered at least one catalog from a list that the USPS had. I ended up ordering the Pottery Barn catalog even though we'll most likely never use it! I don't know what happens if a person goes physically into post office to do a change.

DH is mortified and has been apologizing his butt off. It's not his fault though so I told him to shut up about it.
Can't even blame him for marrying a nutcase, she did not go total NUTZO until she got arrested.
