I came across this article this evening.

I have no idea how old the court case referenced into it is: but if the "opt out" is an option maybe some of your DH's ought to look into it.

Too bad that doesn't work everywhere. For some reason DH had to pay a full amount of CS when SD's were young even though one was 50/50. Parenting / expenses for raising one SD was completely split but DH still had to pay support.

They both earned roughly the same amount of money at the time too, so it wasn't to equalize the income. Not sure why that happened.

It seems to be a default set up for CP.

I love my SDs but I don't t want them here every day or even 50% of the time.

If paying CS keeps with BM most of the time, I'm all for it.
