DH filed for the motion to modify Pro Se on Friday. The hearing is scheduled for Oct 31st which is really fast based on our previous expriences. One of our many concerns right now is that BM's attorney will push back the hearing. The schedule right now is great because it will be before the holiday's and if by some miracle we are awarded holiday time, we will actually get  him for the first time in 6 years!! 

We also have to purchase plane tickets here soon. The court clerk recommended that we write a letter to the judge asking him to hold her attorney to the hearing date since we are pro se and are flying in from out of state and are active duty military so time off is limited in the coming months due to leave rotations for the holiday schedule. We will see I guess... we are trying to hold off on tickets until we find out for sure if the judge will hold strong with the date.
