DH's mom took the kids for us on Saturday and kept them until Sunday afternoon, so that DH and I could have a romantic evening at a lovely resort. We tried having the kids call BM while we driving the 2 1/2 hour drive to MIL's house, but she wasn't with her boyfriend (apparently she doesn't have a phone of her own) so we just told him that we will just have the kids call the next day when we pick them up. Later that afternoon when we had already checked into the resort she text DH asking for his mom's number so she can talk to the kids. Well DH being nice gave her the number.

Not long after that DH gets a call from his mom stating BM is wanting to drive 3 hours to MIL's house to see the kids for a little bit (she has supervised visitation through a parenting center, which she has never utilized). MIL told BM that would be okay with her as long as it was okay with DH, BM said DH never has to know. MIL told BM first off I won't lie to my son and secondly the kids will end up telling him. So crazy bitch was trying to break court order and go behind DH's back (did not work). DH calls BM and tells her this is bullshit and that they are to follow court order and he is not bringing anybody else it to the middle of this stupid shit. He finally had to tell her if she showed up at his mom's house the cops would be called and that was the end of it.

Sunday when we got back home BM called the house within minutes of us being home, which kinda made me think crazy ass is watching us. She was talking to SD and told her she got a job at Arby's, so that now she will have the money to start paying her support and seeing them at the parenting center. I will not hold my breath on how long the job will last or how much CS we will see.

Now I am trying to get my DH talked into going to the Prosecutor's office and get a case setup on her, so that they will just garnish her wages, but he acts like I'm asking him to move the flippin Moon. No we don't need her little support that she's been ordered to pay, it's the principal of the matter and they are her kids, so she should be finically responsible for them. It shouldn't fall on me and DH to cover the bills for the kids. I told him if and when we start getting CS we will put into a separate account that we will use only when the kids need something, clothes, shoes, school stuff, out of pocket medical bills. That would leave us with more to save for bigger things or even more exciting things.
