MY exH is a dipshit
I share 50/50 complete custody of BS with exH. We had a medical bill come in for $446.96, which my exH stated he didn't have the means of paying his half in full right now, so we made an agreement that he would pay me $100 of it today and the rest on Jan 2nd. So yesterday I sent a check to the hospital for the full amount of the bill. This morning got a text and call from my exH stating that his fiancé mailed his half this morning to hospital because he forgot to tell her the arrangement we had made. So now they have to back track and try to stop their payment, so they can pay me like agreed....ugh

Yes my ex does do his part
Yes my ex does do his part when it comes to my BS, but the dipshit part is not being able to communicate with everyone involved. Trust me I understand about having someone not do their part at all, the BM I have to deal with doesn't see her kids on a regular basis, she doesn't pay her CS and definitely doesn't help with medical or dental bills at all.

Sent him a bill for his portion on the claims that have come in since I met the $1000...he completely ignored it...then ignored the second one...and they have now both been tacked on to his delinquent CS since he decided in August he wasn't going to pay that anymore either.

In our CO my ex claims DS on his taxes and I claim DD...
NEVER failed, every year, dipshit would put both on there, then we had to file by paper and have it investigated year after year, I made dipshit sign paperwork from my lawyer saying he will never do it again and he hasn't....
