I have no idea what in the world BM is telling her to keep her from having a tantrum. Because in the past BM1 has tried to withold visitation but SD knew it was a 'Daddy Day' and Lost. Her. Mind. until BM caved and called FDH to come get SD. But we haven't seen her since.. the weekend of August 10th.

FDH had talked with BM1 about swapping the weekends just once because her family had planned a reunion as well as my family, only both families planned them on 'off' weekends. So she wanted SD for the weekend of the 25th and we figured since she was asking why not make a deal out of it since it would have been nice to have her the 17th. BM said absolutely not because "then I won't get any full weekends with her before school starts" (SD has been in summer school, there is a very small break in between.) Well, we showed up two weeks ago, FDH had been calling and calling, with no answer from BM1 or GBM. Drove through BMs apt. complex, no car so we drove to GBMs (which is the usual swap spot)Her car is there, but nobody will answer the door or the apartment. So FDH leaves a note on her car saying "I know you're here, I assume you have SD, I'm just trying to pick her up per the court order, please call me (phone number) I'll stay in the area for a while."

Well GBM calls at 11:15 'BM is taking Sd to the beach, they're already gone so you can't talk to SD, BMs phone was shut off and she doesn't want you to have BF's number." FDH went to file a contempt Monday, which of course will do nothing. This week he started trying to get an answer about pick up on Tuesday, GBM didn't return the call, BMs phone is off and she won't respond to email. GBM calls and leaves FDH a voice mail while he's at work last night "SD wants to go to a party with some friends so BM's keeping her." He calls back, but she doesn't answer, he leaves a message saying that this is getting out of hand and can he at least talk to SD at some point this weekend.

Nobody called him today. SD7 never calls when she's with her BM, when she's with us for two freaking days she will demand to call BM. But not once has she ever called FDH during her two weeks in between, and if he calls BM either doesn't answer or says SD is busy and she'll call back, then never does. I know we need to file another contempt and he needs to have his CO rewritten to add specific details about phonecalls now, it wasn't added before because the judge scoffed at FDH for asking. "you really think this woman is THAT unreasonable?" and then okayed BMs ridiculous request to go to EOWE with the reasoning that she doesn't get to see SD enough if FDH has her every weekend. So we'll see where the stupid contempts get us. I just hate that she can do this. He was running late dropping SD off once and she showed up at our house with the COPS to remove SD, but they won't even file a fucking report to make a paper trail of his denied visits. We have to drive out to the courthouse each time.
