So the hearing last week was weird. She denied ever saying she could pay for the house and we found out it was foreclosed upon and auctioned on the 20th so that takes care of that. However, the big issue now is her lawyer is offering his personal storage space for her items so I told SO's attorney, and made a comment to hers as well, that's fine with me but I am not packing another item and not delivering a thing. Her stuff, her damn problem.

The kids will start having phone contact again, starting tomorrow, assuming she actually makes the phone calls. There is light at the end of the tunnel right now but of course she will find a way to destroy that.

On the plus side the kids went to the pumpkin patch this weekend and had a blast. My dog got out so I had to bond her out of county, but otherwise, everything here is going swimmingly. Just battening down the hatches as we wait for the next storm. This shit is exhausting.
