im home alone. peace and quiet cleaning got some tunes blasting, and i come to realize 95% of the time i am picking up THERE SHIT!!! (meaning ss6 and fh)

i put there shit in 2 piles and pulled rank....i said if this shit does not find a home in a timely manner its going in the trash...fair enough?!

i am not a super clean freak, and i certainly make messes myself, but i clean up after myself!
while cleaning the living room i found one small hair clip that was mine, the rest? THERE SHIT!

cleaning up the dinning room i found my halloween costume in a plastic bag, the rest? THERE SHIT!!

im sick of it!

My SD used to leave hairbands ALL over the house constantly, despite my asking her to please pick them up. So if I see one now, they automatically go in the trash. I've thrown so many hairbands away its crazy. Also, she is supposed to wash her own dishes, as we do not have a dishwasher and I am definately NOT going to be her dishwasher. No matter how many times I have told her to please please wash her own dish after a snack, I still find dirty dishes in the sink. So now, I just leave them there for DH to see when he gets home. When she is over, her crap is EVERYWHERE! Im sick of it too.

My Skids are only over EOW and they know to go straight from the door to their bedrooms with their bags. Everything that we keep here like toothbrushes, paste, toys etc. I pack up and put in their bedroom after they leave. I take it all out about and hour before they get here. SO instructs them to pick everything up, dishes they do their own. They whined about that so I had them do the dishes after dinner a few times, now washing their own doesn't seem sooo bad.

SO had to ride them for months about picking up after themselves. My dog Niko is still in the puppy stage so occasionally he will eat something he is not suppose to. He has helped tremendously. Niko and I sitting on the couch watching TV, Skid comes down.."Hey Niko has my doll!" ME:Oh I didn't notice. THEM:Get it from him. ME:No. It's his, if toys are left on the floor they are Niko's.

I LOVE MY DOG! lol
