OH and BM have FINALLY sold the house, settled at the beginning of last week. She screwed him over in the settlement, making up all sorts of bogus expenses etc totalling $12000. He took it, just to be rid of her. Whatever.

Two days after settlement she calls him up - literally spitting she was so angry (LMAO) He couldn't make head nor tail of what her problem was but she called him everything under the sun, "c" words, F this and that, and "You're in SO much trouble, you'll go to jail for this" etc etc on and on.

When he could finally get a word in it turns out there has been some problem with the disbursement of funds (sidenote - conveyancer is one of her best friends, he went with this as he is a trusting fool who believed the woman would do the right thing.)

He calls the conveyancer - who also hauls him over the coals and does her nut at him over what he has supposedly done (still none the wiser as to what this is)

He FINALLY gets to the bottom of it - SOMEONE has given the wrong info to the bank, his share of the settlement went into his bank acct, and ....wait for it, this is priceless....

HER share went into OUR (yes his and mine) joint acct!!!! LMAO - we just about wet ourselves laughing.

and he did nothing - he gave the conveyancer HIS acct details, but she must have screwed up with the bank and said put this much into Mr Luchay's acct and the rest into the joint acct - not even thinking that his freaking joint acct is now with me!!

Of course we had to hand it back over, and of course no apologies from either of the stupid bitches... but too funny - wish I could have seen her face when she realised what had happened. }:)
