This letter is in regards to your numerous text messages and voicemails requesting a number of documents. As I have stated before these are all documents that you as SS’s mother can obtain on your own or should already have in your possession.

Social Security Card – When you were living in Vegas I sent you SS's social security card in the box with all your pictures that you left behind when moving. If you no longer have SS’s card please request a new copy at the social security administration office. I understand that you work full-time but so do I and I will not be taking time out of my day in order to get you a duplicate of SS’s social security card, if you need it than it is your responsibility to obtain a duplicate.

Parenting Plan – please not e that I have now given you at least 3 copies of the current parenting plan. If you need a new copy please request one at the **** Court House.

School Records – You stated that you needed SS’s school records in order to obtain a social security card for SS, I have been told by the school that they do not fax school records and that you would need to pick them up, since the hours that the school is open is during my scheduled work hours I will be unable to obtain copies of the school records for you. However please feel free to obtain them from the school on your own, as I’ve mentioned before SS’sattends **** school.

Shot Records – I’ve also sent you this information while you were living in Vegas, however if you have misplaced them please note that they are available with SS’s school records at **** School.

Medical Records – I would be more than happy to supply you with these; however there isn’t anything to supply. As you remember when you moved to Vegas I had requested that you tell me the name of SS’s Dr and hospital/clinic name but you would not give me that information. Therefore I have never been able to obtain his medical records. SS did have a physical at the **** Clinic when he came to live with me but outside of that he hasn’t had to visit the doctor’s office as he has had no health issues.

We are however scheduling him a physical with Dr. **** at **** Hospital in November but since the visit has not yet happened they do not have any medical records. Please note that if you need medical records for SS please contact the hospital you where taking him to when you had custody of him and ask them for the records.

Birth Certificate – We have not yet received the new Birth Certificate with SS’s name change, however when we do we will send you a copy of it. SS’s previous Birth Certificate you should have a copy of, however if you don’t please note you can get a copy at the office of vital statistics in ****.

Please also note that I would appreciate it if you would stop questioning me in regards to SS staying home on his own after school. Before I allowed SS to stay home on his own I contacted CPS and asked them at what age children in Washington State can be left on their own. I was told that in Washington State there is currently no age limit when a child can stay home alone as long as they are old enough to take on the responsibility and has access to a phone. SS will be 10 this month and is responsible enough to be at home on his own for a few short hours and I am not breaking the law in allowing him to do so. Please feel free to contact CPS yourself in order to verify this.
