so nervous right now - I've got a review at work

This last year has been crazy because we got SS full-time and of course it has affect my work a bit, I'm not at the top of my game because everything is just hell at home.

Well I've got a improvtu performance review request from my boss today and I'm freaking out.

I think many employers understand that things can get rocky outside of work. You work to live. You don't live to work. I don't know if it's the type of work environment where you can be honest about home stuff, or if you want to. Sending you good thoughts.
