I promised an update!

DH and BM were in court last week after a change-of-circumstance he filed. Nutshell- BM wrote a letter to our town rec. dept. saying that she will not allow SSs to attend half-day camp here (they spent equal times in our town half-day camp and in the in-between town full-day camp last summer).

Law guardian stood up for boys and DH in court, saying they simply want to attend both just like they did last year. Judge told DH it was reasonable to request that they do so. However, he told him that the CO (which states that if parties do not agree on camps, boys must spend summer in child-care in this in-between town) must stand. Basically boys lost; they are not allowed to attend with their stepsiblings. Since in-between hasn't opened yet, they had to go with me to take my kids to their camp. It was heartbreaking. One of the counselors remembered them from last year and asked them, "Why aren't you coming to camp this year, guys?". They replied, "Our mom won't let us." Just disgusting. BUT THERE'S MORE!!!

Monday, Tuesday and today have been BM's custody days. Found out from the boys that on those days, they have attended....A CAMP. In a totally different town. That she thought DH would never find out about. Which they are technically not registered for, as they are attending as friends of the family of one of the counselors. So in her eyes this makes it a different matter, and she's totally justified using this as child care.

It is a camp, which the boys are attending without DH's knowledge or permission.

She is unreal. And the kicker is that she still insists that everything she does, she does for the boys.
